I don't mind supporting us while you work on your art, or your novel, or even early retirement! In fact, I would LOVE to take care of you! Forever!

So whenever you're ready to be adored and cherished and obsessed about 24/7, just give 'ol Piper a ring-a-ling. I'm ready to drop everything and be your exclusive gal/wife, today! Because I'm still single. Still. Lucky you!

Piper

Creamy Chicken Pockets!

1 can crescent dinner rolls
3 oz. Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
3 tbsp. butter, melted (separated)
3 tbsp. milk
1-2 lbs. diced cooked chicken
Salt, pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, milk and 2 tbsp. melted butter until creamy. If the mixture looks too thick, add in 1 tsp. milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Salt and Pepper the mixture to taste. Stir in the diced chicken until thoroughly coated. On a non-stick surface, unroll the crescent dough and separate in the middle so you have 4 squares. Seal the perforated edges across the diagonal by pressing the seams together until smooth. Then place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. Pull opposite corners of the crescent square together and pinch. Seal the open edge by pressing together as well. Repeat with additional 3 crescent squares. Place pockets on a greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with additional 1 tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Now you're ready to bake for 20-25 min. at 350 degrees, until golden brown!
