Episode 3 - Creamy Chicken Pockets!

Hello again all you foxy fellas out there! I've been busy whipping up a creamy delight all by my lonesome over here with your name on it! Creamy Chicken Pockets! And what's better than a hot, toasty love pocket? A sexy love battle! My challenger, Agglethorpe McGongalstomper, sure gave me a run for my money!

Speaking of money, did I mention I'm really low-maintenance? I mean, I like to be taken out for a romantic stroll every now and again, but if you are hesitating asking me out or proposing because you're worried about your financial situation, don't give it another thought you sweet man, you! I don't mind supporting us while you work on your art, or your novel, or even early retirement! In fact, I would LOVE to take care of you! Forever!

So whenever you're ready to be adored and cherished and obsessed about 24/7, just give 'ol Piper a ring-a-ling. I'm ready to drop everything and be your exclusive gal/wife, today! Because I'm still single. Still. Lucky you!

Hugs and Puppies and Babies, oh my!

Creamy Chicken Pockets!

1 can crescent dinner rolls
3 oz. Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
3 tbsp. butter, melted (separated)
3 tbsp. milk
1-2 lbs. diced cooked chicken
Salt, pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, milk and 2 tbsp. melted butter until creamy. If the mixture looks too thick, add in 1 tsp. milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Salt and Pepper the mixture to taste. Stir in the diced chicken until thoroughly coated. On a non-stick surface, unroll the crescent dough and separate in the middle so you have 4 squares. Seal the perforated edges across the diagonal by pressing the seams together until smooth. Then place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. Pull opposite corners of the crescent square together and pinch. Seal the open edge by pressing together as well. Repeat with additional 3 crescent squares. Place pockets on a greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with additional 1 tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Now you're ready to bake for 20-25 min. at 350 degrees, until golden brown!

Piper, where have you been my whole life???? You're wonderful, and a great cook to boot!! Who could ask for more? Wait a minute.... I can. Not only can you cook, but you'll support us financially while I "find myself". Also, I'm a sucker for a woman with red hair. Bye for now. Luv ya.

Shame really, I'm into Redheads, I like chicken, I fly Piper aircraft, and I even like the RvB-esque theme to this show, but at the same time, I can tell your older than I'am (and No, I don't care if you are into younger guys), and I prefer blue eyes, as well as the ability to speak German.

Three strikes, and Piper's out for me, I'm Sorry.

Later Days.
